Healing is a process!

It’s okay to cry even in the middle of your healing

It’s okay if you feel like you’re missing something and you need closure on a certain situation

It’s alright that you have good day’s followed by bad ones. Because you can’t appreciate a good day without knowing what a bad one feels like

It’s okay to have regrets and feel as if you haven’t quite let go of certain things in your life that caused you pain

Healing isn’t easy, its messy and it’s work. So it’s okay if you don’t have all of your shit together right now because the process of healing takes time
